Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of eNest, including our website, dashboard, family organization tools, and related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing eNest, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use eNest.
2. About eNest
eNest is a family organization platform designed to help households manage schedules, routines, meals, chores, rewards, notes, mood check-ins, groceries, links, family members, and other family-related dashboard content.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to update it when necessary.
4. Family and Household Use
eNest may allow you to add family members, household members, children, schedules, routines, and other personal household information. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right and authority to add and manage any information entered into your account.
5. Children
Children should use eNest only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for managing child-related information added to eNest.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you add to eNest. By using eNest, you give us permission to store, process, display, and transmit your content only as necessary to provide the service to you.
We do not sell your content. We do not share your private family data with advertisers, data brokers, marketers, or unrelated third parties. We never will.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse eNest. You may not:
- Use eNest for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- Attempt to access another user’s account or data without permission.
- Interfere with the security, performance, or availability of the service.
- Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, abuse, or overload the service.
- Use eNest in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
8. Privacy and Data
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information.
eNest never sells, rents, trades, or shares your personal data for advertising or unrelated third-party use. Ever.
9. Payments and Subscriptions
Some eNest features may require payment or a subscription. Pricing, billing terms, renewal details, and cancellation options may be shown at checkout or inside your account. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider. eNest does not directly store full payment card details.
10. Cancellations
If subscriptions are offered, you may cancel according to the cancellation options available in your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically delete your account or account content.
11. Service Availability
We work to keep eNest reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. eNest may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, security work, outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
12. Changes to eNest
We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of eNest at any time. We may also add, remove, or change features as the product evolves.
13. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to eNest if we believe an account violates these terms, creates risk, causes harm, abuses the service, or violates applicable law.
14. Disclaimers
eNest is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. eNest is an organizational tool. It is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, financial, childcare, emergency, or safety advice.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, eNest and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or service interruption.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless eNest from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of applicable law or another person’s rights.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If changes are significant, we may notify users through the website, dashboard, or email. Continued use of eNest after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
